Playing Catch Up...

I can finally tell why I haven't been blogging much the past few weeks...I was afraid I was going to slip and ruin the huge surprise my sister and I were planning for our mother. We planned a big surprise luau for Mom's birthday (her birthday was April 27th, the party was April 30th). She was super surprised as you can see in this video...



It was a lot of work and really hard to keep a secret from her (she usually picks up on EVERYTHING), plus avoiding her these past couple of weeks has been HARD cause I pretty much call my mother about everything!

We had a blast and it was great being able to show her, even in a little way, just how much she is loved and how blessed we are to have her in our lives. She has touched so many people's lives, it was nice for us to be able to give back to her.

The boys are doing wonderful. I told Peyton about the party about a month ago and he kept the secret like a champ! He never even came close to slipping up, which is more than I can say about the rest of us!!!

The Lugnuts are still going strong in their season and Peyton is quite a star out there! He gets along great with the other players and listens really well to direction. He has said since he was old enough to know what it was that he wanted to be a baseball player...these days I'm thinking he just might make his goal!

Jackson is still crazy as can be. Getting in to things he shouldn't and causing general mayhem wherever he goes. He's hilarious but a handful.
