Okay, since I'm a big ball of cheese these days anyway I figured I would cheese it up by posting a blog about all the things I am thankful for. I'm sure I will leave out a lot because I truly am a blessed person with SO MUCH to be thankful for. So here goes!
1: I am SO VERY THANKFUL for my babies. Peyton and Jackson are the very best of who I am. Even on the most frustrating Mommy day, these two make my entire life. Whether it's chatting after a long day, playing hide and seek around the house, or just sitting together and reading a book-every precious second with these two is worth it. I'm beyond proud of my boys and I can't believe how lucky I am to have them. They made me a better person, wife, friend, sister, daughter and Mother because I was able to see the world in a more beautiful light because of them.
2: My husband, Chris. We have our ups and downs but he's the perfect partner in this crazy life. He's the most amazing father to our boys and I know not another person on this planet could love me as much as he does. We were meant to be together from the start and we'll be little old people in rocking chairs still cracking each other up with our nonsense!
3: My parents...Gosh, I can't even put in to words how blessed I am to have them or how thankful that I am that they are in my life. Against all odds, my mother has become one of my best friends who I can talk to about anything. She keeps me centered and pulls me back to earth when I start to panic about stuff. My Dad has always been my cheerleader. No matter how crazy I get, he always seems to crack up at my wackiness. He believes that the sky is the limit for me, even when I don't believe it myself. My children adore my parents because they know they are so loved by them. Our entire family is thankful that they are in our lives

4: I'm thankful for my baby sister and brother and the love they bring in to our lives. I'm also thankful for the joy that April brought to our family by giving us Baby Braylen over the weekend (stand by as April has finally posetd her pictures of Braylen so I can debut him to you!) April has become my best friend over the past few years and I'm so grateful that I have her to lean on when times are rough and to crack me up during the lighthearted times. Sisters are such a beautiful blessing from God. Doug is the strongest, smartest person I know. He always does his own thing and he's someone I never have to worry about...because he always does the right thing.

5: I'm thankful for my lifelong best friend Ashleigh. I can't even sum up in words what she has been to me. She knows all my deep dark secrets and loves me regardless of how many times I am crazy or screw up. I know without a shadow of a doubt that no matter what predicament I get myself in, she'll always be there for me to pick up the pieces. She's seen me through many a dark time in my life. She's given me a home when I didn't have one. She's given me a shoulder to cry on. She's the best "Uncle Ashleigh" to my boys and has allowed me to be "Uncle Lindi" to hers. We've been inseparable since the beginning of time and everyone who knows me knows that there are no secrets between us. We're each others "go to" gal and I would never have it any other way. I can't do our friendship justice in words, just know that she's my #1 gal. Till the end of time, our friendship is something special. We've never been people who feel the need to surround ourselves with lots of "friends", we've only ever needed each other. She's my Skinny Weiner forever.

6: My Granny. Gosh...what would I do without my Gran?!?! This woman has believed in me from the start. When I had the rest of the world shaking their heads and wondering what in the world is she thinking? She had faith in me and never ONCE let me forget it. She's been through many hard times and heartaches but she continues to "keep on truckin" and for that, I am grateful. I am grateful that I have her to "chew the fat" with and talk through all the wackiness of my life and motherhood. I adore her and could never imagine life without her.
"Gran's #1 Fan!"
"Nobody puts Granny in a corner"
7: I will finish up with work. I have a job that I love, coworkers who I adore and the blessing to have fun at work. We all genuinely get along and work together. Very few people have a workplace like I do and I know that it is a blessing. By extension, very few people who have a boss as kind as mine and I know how blessed I am to have that. He's taken so many chances on me and been so good to me. It's a blessing to be able to go to work every day and love what you do.
I could go on for days about the things I'm thankful for but these are the people who I think of when I wake in the morning and when I go to bed at night. These are the people who have made me the woman I am today. Without them, I'd be nothing.
