My boys are my world, without them I'd be only a shell of the person I am now. They inspire me, keep me going, amuse me, teach me and baffle me all at the same time. Peyton "Bubba" is my oldest. At 5 years, 3 months he is truly coming in to his own. Every day he comes home with something new he has learned. I find myself re-learning lessons from preschool through him. He's my Mama's boy. Peyton is everyone's friend and has little "stranger danger". He has no problem walking up to a complete stranger and striking up a conversation, stealing their heart at the same time. He's very outgoing just like his father and equally sports obsesesd. All things "technology" fascinate him and he regularly beats me at whatever Wii game he has decided to conquer this week. Peyton loves music, loves people, LOVES having his picture taken (he was born a ham), loves typical foods for a 5 year old and loves life. He's the pickiest eater on the face of the planet, besides his mother. He knows what he likes and refuses to deviate from his plan. He's strong willed and little can deter him from whatever he has his mind set on at the moment. He taught me about myself and about life. He taught me how, not only to love unconditionally, but to love MYSELF unconditionally. For this, and so much more, I'll always be grateful.

Jackson "Jax" "Monkey" "Puddle" is 14 months and is my "emotional" baby. He's a happy, hilarious and intelligent little guy but he certainly gets his feelings hurt more than Peyton ever did but it adds to my baby's charm. He's got a mouth full of teeth that he uses to his full advantage with the extremely healthy appetite he has. Jackson is my explorer...but is also VERY lazy. He refuses to walk...I think he has the mentality, why walk when there is always a Mommy or Grandma to pick you up and take you with them? He's getting there though. He's traveling around the furniture while holding on...he's just hesitant to take that leap of faith. I don't worry about it too much-each child is different and he's just taking his time. Jackson is EXTREMELY curious about all things around him. He's constantly picking things up and trying to figure out how they work. He's constantly amused by his big brother and must know where his "Brubba" is at all times. No one can make him roar with laughter like his brother. Like I mentioned, Jackson has a VERY healthy appetite. While Peyton is the pickiest eater in the world, there is pretty much nothing Jackson won't consume. So far the only thing he hasn't gobbled up when I have tried giving it to him is string cheese. He gave it a disgusted look and threw it on the floor.
Jackson doing his favorite past time...eating

Jackson climbing the stairs...it's impossible to keep him off of them now that Daddy gave him a round of applause the other day for making it to the top (with Daddy as a spotter, of course)

Here's a few of both boys...best friends for life.
